u dont get previews? yeah i totally agree. i would love to see more unreleased ideas featured on the site like the fake covers sketches and so on.

It is fake. The 'synopsis' listed, about Francine being kicked out of school and the nude statue are Terry's classic red herring. The cover shown is a pinup of F in a bikini with the background being a close up of the original 'red herring' cover that went with this synopsis before *F having a coniption in front of and obviously nude(though seen from behind) statue of her*

So far only 2 fake covers have been done, and the first one, the statue one is reprinted in one of the SiP Complete Hardcovers....I imagine the money one will be in one of the next HC's.

That's why I didn't post the solicitation-it's obviously not what's going to happen in the issues solicited.

When I saw it in the comic store, I thought, singsong-like,Terrry,pullin' the wool over our eyyyes! How d'ylike that: a red herring that TELLS ya it's a red herring! (x-cept for SIP newbies, of course.)

Soooo, where exactly can we find this red herring? I don't care if it is or not, I like fish! I just want to see new stuff Terry's done, whether he plans on using it or not. Besides how do you Really know it's fake? Terry threw us a bit of a loop the last one showing us Freddie, he may be in a mood to give us some flashbacks to important moments... anyway, he keeps making vieled remarks about "The Great Statue Incident" I think it's going to come up and surprise people one day. (And I know I for one have been dying of curiosity!!!)
